“The icon, contrary to some beliefs, has not faded into irrelevance within modern culture; instead, its creation holds significant potential for the post-modern world. In a society marked by fragmentation and self-centeredness, the art of icon painting presents a profound path towards projecting love and unity, redefining life as a communion of love.”
